Bill Ryder has been a keyboard musician since the age of nine
when he began studying the accordion and organ in his hometown
of Philadelphia, PA. In 1973, he began performing in some of the
most popular restaurants and nightclubs in the Philadelphia and
Southern New Jersey areas.
Since 1979, Bill has enjoyed a successful career in the piano and
organ industry as a performing artist, product specialist and
manufacturers’ representative for Kimball International, Kawai,
Panasonic/Technics, and Rolandcorp. He toured throughout the
United States and in seven countries as a concert artist. In 1982,
he performed in the main amphitheater at the Knoxville World’s
Fair.
Bill served as organist, choir director, and music director for 21
years at St. Leo The Great Parish in Lancaster, PA. He now serves
as Director of Music at Mary Mother Of The Church Parish in Mt.
Joy, PA.
Bill and his wife, Mary Jane, live in Lancaster, PA.
